By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY
If you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or the garment doesn’t fit please follow the steps below:
– The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
– The item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
– Request an authorised return form by emailing returns@studio7dancewear.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.
– Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
– Return the items, proof of purchase and the authorised return form to:

– All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are in their original condition and haven’t been worn.
– Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
We do not except exchanges. If you would like a different size/item, follow the steps above to organise a return and place a new order for the item required.
We do not accept returns for undergarments, tights, hair accessories, makeup or lashes due to hygiene reasons.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please follow the steps below:
– Faulty item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
– Email returns@studio7dancewear.com with your order number, a description and a photograph of the fault.
– Please do not return items until you have received an authorised return form.
– The cost incurred to send back the item will be at the discretion of Studio 7 Dancewear.
– Return the item, proof of purchase and the authorised return form to:

– If your item is deemed as faulty, you have the option for a full refund or replacement.
– Refunds and/or replacements can take up to 10 business days to be processed after the product is received for inspection.
– Where a refund is sought, Studio 7 Dancewear will authorise a refund for the product/s onto the original form of payment. It can take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back onto your card.
SALE ITEMS
For items listed in our SALE category, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
