During Stage 4 restrictions, will I still be able to place online orders for delivery?

Yes. We are permitted to fulfil online orders during Stage 4 restrictions.

Will there be a delay in receiving my online order during Stage 4 restrictions?

There may be some delays with Standard Shipping due to the extra demand placed on Australia Post. We will provide you with a tracking link after we have dispatched your order, so you can track your delivery.

Alternatively, you can choose Express Shipping and receive your order in 1-2 days for metro areas (excluding NT) and 2-4 days for rural areas. NT Metro est. delivery is 3-4 days.

Do you offer Click + Collect from your Outlet in Moorabbin?

Due to Stage 4 restrictions, you need to live within 5kms of our Outlet in Moorabbin to be able to collect your order. Please phone us to place your order and arrange contactless collection.

Am I able to cancel my order?

As we aim to dispatch orders the same day of purchase, it means we work quickly to get your order out, therefore once your order is completed you are unable to cancel your order.

I have just placed my order online and I have chosen the wrong size, am I able to change it?

I have given you incorrect shipping details, can I please change it?

I forgot to order something, can I please add an item to my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been completed you are unable to add anything to your order.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. Here is an estimate for each state:

  • VIC, NSW & SA – up to 3 business days
  • QLD – up to 4 business days
  • TAS – up to 4 business days
  • WA – up to 5 business days
  • Rural Areas – up to 6 business days.

My order is urgent, do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping for Australian customers which means you can receive your order in 1-2 days for metro areas (excluding NT) and 2-4 days for rural areas. NT Metro est. delivery is 3-4 days. For NZ customers, please contact us if you require products urgently and we can arrange a quote.

Can I track my parcel?

I’m not sure what size I should order?

Please refer to our sizing chart for assistance. You can order with confidence knowing that if your item doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for a different size.

The item I purchased does not fit, am I able to change it for another size?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payment is processed upon submission of your order.

Can I return an item I bought on the Studio 7 Dancewear website to my local dance store?

Items cannot be returned to a dance store, please refer to our Return Policy.
