Am I able to cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch orders the same day of purchase (excluding weekends), therefore, once your order is completed your order will be processed straight away. Please ring us asap if you wish to cancel, otherwise, there is no cancellation process. You can return your order if you receive it and still do not want it. Please see our returns policy for more information.

I have just placed my order online and I have chosen the wrong size, am I able to change it?

Please contact us as soon as possible via email sales@studio7dancewear.com or call (03) 9555 7372, and if your order hasn’t been processed, we will do our best to amend your order.

I have given you incorrect shipping details, can I please change it?

I forgot to order something, can I please add an item to my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been completed you are unable to add anything to your order, you will need to place another order.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

Delivery times vary depending on where you are located and your chosen shipping method. For more information, check the Shipping page.

My order is urgent, do you offer express shipping?

We offer express shipping for all customers which means you can receive your order in 1-2 days for Australian metro areas (excluding NT) and 2-4 days for rural areas, and 1 – 4 days for international customers. Visit shipping page for more information on shipping estimates.

Do I need to be home to receive my express shipping delivery?

Ideally you should be home/at work to receive your order via the premium express method, however if you are not, you need to give us your ‘Authority To Leave’ your parcel at your chosen address. Your authority to leave is automatically given if you choose the ‘Premium Express’ shipping method on the Checkout page, as stated on that page. If you don’t give you Authority To Leave, please choose the AusPost shipping methods available to you.

Always check with your shipping provider via your tracking number for delivery conditions for your city/country.

Can I track my parcel with AusPost?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed, where you can track your order here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

Do you offer Click + Collect from your store in Moorabbin?

If you wish to collect your item, you can purchase online and select ‘Click + Collect’ in your Cart. We will notify you when your item is processed and ready for collection. For more information about the store, visit our Outlet information page.

I’m not sure what size I should order?

Please refer to our sizing chart for assistance. You can order with confidence knowing that if your item doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for a different size.

The item I purchased does not fit, am I able to change it for another size?

Absolutely, please refer to our Return Policy. We don’t currently offer returns for international customers.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payment is processed upon submission of your order.

Can I return an item I bought on the Studio 7 Dancewear website to my local dance store?

Items cannot be returned to a dance store, please refer to our Return Policy.
