By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

FREE SHIPPING

All orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE* shipping via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Premium Express (Startrack) is free* for orders between $100 and $400. Shipping via Premium Express (Startrack) requires your authority to leave your parcel at home, and no PO Boxes are accepted.

FLAT FEE SHIPPING

All orders under $100 receive a flat rate shipping fee of $10* via Premium Express (Startrack + Authority To Leave required) or Australia Post Standard Shipping or $20* via Australia Post Express Shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available across Australia via Premium Express (Startrack), Australia Post Express or other courier provider.

If you choose Premium Express shipping (via Startrack) you need to agree to the ‘Authority To Leave‘ by ticking the check box on the Checkout page. This means you give your permission to leave your parcel at your home, even if you are not at home. Please ensure you have a safe place to leave your parcel and leave any special instructions if you choose this method. PO Boxes are not accepted via Premium Express.

Premium Express Shipping is free* for orders between $100 and $400. For orders $400 to $600 a shipping fee of $25* will apply. For orders over $600, we will contact you to provide a quote for your express shipping options. An estimated delivery time is 1-2 days in Metropolitan locations (excluding NT) and 2-4 days for rural areas. NT Metro est. delivery is 3-4 days.

For Australia Post Express Shipping, charges range from $20 – $45* depending on the size of your order.

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and a tracking number will be issued. Please note there are no shipments on weekends or public holidays.

*Excludes the Demi Barre and Demi Barre Duet. This product incurs a surcharge between $15 – $60 depending on the size of your order via all shipping methods.

LOCAL CLICK + COLLECT CUSTOMERS

For customers local to our outlet at 8 Walter Street, Moorabbin, VIC, 3189, we offer a Click + Collect service. Once you have placed your order online, we will notify you via email when your order is ready to be collected. Our opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm and Sat 9.30am – 1.00pm. Please note that you must adhere to the current lockdown rules and COVID-19 guidelines when visiting our Outlet.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS

All prices shown are in AUD and include GST. Once you have entered your New Zealand shipping address in the Checkout, you will be quoted prices in AUD excluding GST. Your card will be charged in AUD.

All orders receive a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $20 via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Please note, delivery can take up to 7 business days. Additional delays may also occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Any duty and tax incurred at customs is at the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when finalising your order as we do not accept returns on international orders.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Sorry, at this stage we do not ship to other international destinations. Please contact us if you are interested in our products and live outside of Australia or New Zealand.

RETURN POLICY

If you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or the garment doesn’t fit please follow the steps below:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please include proof of purchase and a return form. Please request a return form, by emailing sales@studio7dancewear.com
  • Address your return to:

  • All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are in their original condition and haven’t been worn.
  • Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) a $10 shipping charge will apply to your new delivery plus any applicable price difference.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments, tights and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased in a Studio 7 Dancewear sale.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please follow the steps below:

  • Faulty item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Email sales@studio7dancewear.com with your name, contact details, order number, a description and a photograph of the fault.
  • Please do not send back faulty items until you have received an RC order number.
  • The cost incurred to send back the faulty item will be redeemed at a reasonable cost. Please include proof of purchase and a return form which you can request from sales@studio7dancewear.com

  • If your item is deemed as faulty, you have the option for a full refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Studio 7 Dancewear recognises that the health and safety of all workers and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to the success of our business. As such we aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and workers. We follow WorkSafe Victoria protocols. The premises are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and a security monitoring system.
