By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note: Australia Post shipping times are currently delayed due to COVID-19. Please be patient when waiting to receive your order during this time.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS
Orders $100 or more qualify for FREE shipping via Australia Post Standard Shipping*
All other orders receive a flat rate shipping fee of $10 via Australia Post Standard Shipping*
*Excludes The Demi Barre and The Demi Barre Duet. Shipping of this product incurs a shipping fee of $16.

Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and a tracking number will be issued. Please note there are no shipments on weekends or public holidays.

NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS
All prices shown are in AUD and include GST. Once you have entered your New Zealand shipping address in the Checkout, you will be quoted prices in AUD excluding GST. Your card will be charged in AUD.

All orders receive a flat rate shipping fee of AUD$20 via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Please note, delivery can take up to 7 business days. Additional delays may also occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Any duty and tax incurred at customs is at the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on International orders.

Sorry, at this stage we do not ship to international destinations. Please contact us if you are interested in our products and live outside of Australia or New Zealand.

RETURN POLICY

If you have changed your mind, selected the wrong item or the garment doesn’t fit please follow the steps below:

  • The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • The item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Return shipping is at the customers expense. Please include proof of purchase and a return form. Please request a return form, by emailing sales@studio7dancewear.com
  • Address your return to:

  • All items will be inspected upon return to ensure they are in their original condition and haven’t been worn.
  • Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
  • If you wish to exchange your item(s) a $10 shipping charge will apply to your new delivery plus any applicable price difference.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments, tights and hair accessories due to hygiene reasons. 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please follow the steps below:

  • Faulty item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Email sales@studio7dancewear.com with your name, contact details, order number, a description and a photograph of the fault.
  • Please do not send back faulty items until you have received an RC order number.
  • The cost incurred to send back the faulty item will be redeemed at a reasonable cost. Please include proof of purchase and a return form which you can request from sales@studio7dancewear.com
  • Address your return to:

  • If your item is deemed as faulty, you have the option for a full refund or an exchange.
  • Refunds and exchanges can take up to 7 business days to be processed upon return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

WARM UP SET INSTAGRAM COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must Follow @studio7dancewear, Like the competition post, and Comment and Tag for your entry to be valid. Additional tags will get you additional entries. Entries open 3.30pm Wednesday 1st July and end 3pm Wednesday 8th July. We will contact you via DM on Instagram with the account you entered by 4pm Friday 10th July with if you are one of the 3 winners picked by random.

We will need to confirm your colour choice, size and mailing address for you to claim your prize. If we don’t hear back from you by 4pm Wednesday 15th July, your prize will be forfeited and we will contact another valid entry. The prize cannot be exchanged for another item. Standard Returns Policy applies. Valid for Australian and NZ addresses only. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
