By placing an order with Studio 7 Dancewear you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

At Studio 7 Dancewear, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Shipping Options – Australia

General Shipping Information

• Orders placed before 12pm (AEST), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Victoria) will be despatched the same day whenever possible.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the following business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Shipping times may vary depending on your selected shipping method and location.
• Studio 7 Dancewear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Premium Express Shipping

• Requires Authority to Leave – by selecting this method, you consent to having your package left at your delivery address if unattended.
• PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are not accepted.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Metropolitan VIC: 1-2 business days
  • Other Metropolitan Areas (excluding NT): 2-3 business days
  • Rural and NT Metro: 4-6 business days

Australia Post Express Shipping

• Used when Authority to Leave is not possible.
• Suitable for PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
• Estimated delivery time:
  • Metropolitan Areas (excluding NT): 1-2 business days.
  • Rural and NT Metro: 3-5 business days.

Free Standard Shipping

• Orders of $100 or more in a single transaction qualify for free standard shipping (not applicable to express shipping).
• Estimated delivery time: 4+ business days.

Click + Collect (Moorabbin, VIC)

• Available at 8 Walter Street, Moorabbin, VIC, 3189.
• Select Click & Collect at checkout.
• You will receive an emailed notification when your order is ready for collection.
• Collection available during store hours:
  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 1:00pm

Shipping Options – International

DHL Express

• Orders placed before 12pm (AEST), Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same or next day.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • NZ, Asia, UK: 3-4 business days
  • USA, Canada, Western Europe: 4-6 business days

DHL Standard

• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • NZ, UK: 5-6 business days
  • USA, Canada, Western Europe: 8-10 business days
  • Asia: 9-12 business days

Customs & Duties

• All international orders are shipped in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.
• US customers are subject to 30% duties/tariff fee on products.

Additional Information

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
• A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays.

HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT

Studio 7 Dancewear recognises that the health and safety of all workers and visitors is of the utmost importance and vital to the success of our business. As such we aim to continuously improve health and safety in the workplace through consultation and increased health and safety awareness of management and workers. We follow WorkSafe Victoria protocols. The premises are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and a security monitoring system.

Warehouse Sale Voucher Terms and Conditions

By entering your details to register to win a voucher at the Warehouse Sale 26 – 29 March, you agree to:

• Be added to our email list to be sent marketing and promotional emails.
• Your phone number will be used to contact you if you are a winner of 1 of 4 x$50 vouchers.
• Use the voucher during the warehouse sale from Thu 26th March to Sun 29th March.

Prize Details

1. Entrants are eligible to win 1 of 4x $50 vouchers being given away.
2. Winners will be picked using an automated online number generation tool.
3. Winners will be contacted via phone number from Wednesday 25th March.
4. Vouchers can only be used against items that are for sale in the Warehouse Sale at Studio 7 Dancewear warehouse at 8 Walter St, Moorabbin during the sale period: 26/03/26 – 29/03/26.
5. If you do not come to the sale, your voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, or used outside of the warehouse sale operating hours specified on Warehouse Sale page.
6. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged in-line with our sales items policy.
7. Vouchers can only be used once, regardless of the amount spent. If less than $50 is spent, you forfeit the remaining amount.
